I am an Avon Sales Leader for more than two years. I am at the advanced unit leader level and have around 400 in my team, 17 of whom are Sales Leaders themselves and our team keeps growing. I work at day time and a college student at night.

Being a Sales Leader gives me the flexibility to earn a decent income, while being able to be totally flexible as to when I work. If school work demands me to stay at home or a family member is sick, I have the peace of mind to know that I am able to stay at home, and re-arrange my work to another day.
